The scene of the Embraer plane crash in the Tver region, north of Moscow, Russia. 

In a notice issued on the Telegram messaging application, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation stated that the identities of 10 victims were identified with the list of passengers on the plane.

Earlier, the Russian Federal Air Transport Agency released the identities of all passengers and crew members on the Embraer plane that crashed. On this list are Mr. Yevgeny Prigozhin and another commander of this force, Mr. Dmitry Utkin.

At about 18:20 Moscow time on August 23, an Embraer Legacy private plane believed to be owned by Mr. Prigozhin crashed in the Bologovsky district of Tver province. After that, Russian President Vladimir Putin offered condolences to the families of the victims of the plane crash, and said that the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation was investigating the accident. On August 8, TASS news agency quoted a notice from the Committee that said the bodies of 25 victims found at the scene had been subjected to DNA tests to determine their identities.
