Duc Trong District Ethnic Culture Festival

(Lam Dong Online) - In response to the 3rd Lam Dong Province Golden Tourism Week, on the evening of June 4th, the People's Committee of Duc Trong District organized the "Cultural Festival of Ethnic Groups" and launched the program "Vietnamese People Travel in Vietnam - My Beloved Vietnam".

Mr. Tran Thanh Hoai, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, attended the event. Representing the district was Mr. Le Nguyen Hoang, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee. Nearly 300 artisans and performers from 15 communes and towns in the district also participated in the festival.

In his opening remarks at the festival, Mr. Le Nguyen Hoang, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, affirmed: The festival is an opportunity for artisans to meet, exchange ideas, strengthen national unity, and mobilize the collective efforts of all people in preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values ​​of ethnic groups in the district, contributing to building an advanced Vietnamese culture rich in national identity.

The Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee also requested the business community and tourism service establishments in the district to strengthen coordination and linkages, creating a combined force to effectively implement solutions to stimulate tourism demand; offer promotions and discounts, improve the quality of products and services; and ensure a safe, friendly, and high-quality tourism environment.
