One administrative procedure at the commune level that has been amended and supplemented is the procedure for amending and supplementing the Decision on allocating sea areas to Vietnamese individuals for aquaculture.
Organizations and individuals carrying out the above administrative procedures can submit their applications directly or via postal service to the Provincial Public Administrative Service Center, or directly or via postal service to the Public Administrative Service Centers of communes and wards within the province; or submit their applications through the National Public Service Portal.
At the same time, the People's Committee of Nghe An province announced the abolition of 6 administrative procedures, including: Extension of the term for allocating sea areas; Extension of permits for dumping at sea; Extension of provincial-level decisions granting permits for scientific research; Extension of the term for allocating sea areas to Vietnamese individuals for aquaculture; Exploitation and use of marine and island resource and environment databases through request forms (provincial level); Exploitation and use of marine and island resource and environment databases through electronic networks (provincial level).
