Ms. Camille Nguyen desperately wants to find the biological mother of her husband, Maxime Leblanc (27 years old, French nationality), who was abandoned at birth, so that he will no longer worry about his roots.
The story of a French-Vietnamese couple touched many people, making them pray that a miracle will really happen.
The Lorraine Boy's Wish to Find His Mother
In early August, I received a text message from Camille from faraway France: “Can you help my husband find his birth mother in Vietnam? We would be very grateful!”. The text message made me curious, so I had to pause my work to respond, saying: “I am very willing!”.
Maxime Leblanc's journey to find his Vietnamese biological mother received support from his wife, Camille.

From here, Camille and her husband began to send me all the documents they had, as well as confide in me about their life in France over the years. Accordingly, Maxime, whose Vietnamese name is Nguyen Duc Trong, cried out at birth at 7:15 p.m. on August 12, 1995 at Tu Du Maternity Hospital (HCMC).
The documents recorded that the baby boy weighed 1,950 kg and was born 7 months premature. The mother stated that her name was Nguyen Thi Nga, then 33 years old, and that she left her child at the hospital and left. After receiving good care at Tu Du Hospital, the baby boy was transferred to the Preschool 2 (Thu Duc).
A month later, a French couple came to adopt Duc Trong. From then on, the life of the boy who had had an unhappy early life suddenly turned a new page with the name Maxime Leblanc. In the Lorraine region (Clouange City), northeastern France, he grew up with a life filled with happiness, filled with the love of his kind adoptive parents.
The documents are still carefully kept by Maxime's adoptive parents.

“My parents had been trying for years to have a biological child but were unsuccessful, so they decided to adopt me. They said that when they adopted me, they learned that my biological mother had abandoned me because she could not afford to care for me.
I may have had an older brother and an older sister. They also said my biological mother was sick (had a fever before and after giving birth) and left the next day,” he recounted all the information about his biological family that he knew.
Although he has returned to Vietnam many times to explore the country of his birth, he said it was like coming home. There, he felt at peace, loved the friendly, lovely people and the delicious food. However, Maxime has no intention of finding his mother.
See you in November
Until a few weeks ago, suddenly the desire to find his mother suddenly surged in his heart. He knew that the questions and doubts about his origins and origins were still like a fire burning in his heart and at some point, it would flare up violently. He shared this with his wife and received her support.
Since childhood, he lived in the love of his adoptive parents.

“My family is also of Vietnamese origin, originally from Tra Vinh and has lived in France for a long time. I know that it is difficult to live without knowing your roots, so I wholeheartedly accompany him on his journey to find his birth mother, to answer the biggest question in his life. Coming up is his 28th birthday, so I hope this will be a memorable birthday in his life, when the miracle really happens,” Camille expressed.
In his imagination and endless hope, if he could meet his biological mother again, the first thing the French man would say to her would be thank you. Because it was thanks to her that he was present in this world and had the life he has today.
“I want to tell my mother that my life is very good, please rest assured. I just hope she doesn’t feel hurt about letting me go, but that my current life is wonderful with an understanding and sympathetic wife,” he confided.
This November, he plans to return to Vietnam to find his mother.
