From July 1, 2025, Dong Nai Electricity Company (merged with the old Binh Phuoc Electricity) will begin to manage and operate the power grid, provide electricity services, and take care of customers for all electricity customers in the new Dong Nai province.

When implementing the merger and conversion, and rearranging the operating model, Dong Nai Electricity Company has 22 affiliated electricity management teams distributed by region, with the function of performing business operations, customer service; technical management, and grid operation management. In addition, Dong Nai High Voltage Grid Enterprise performs technical management, operation management, repair, and troubleshooting of 110kV power lines and transformer stations; Dong Nai Electricity Testing Center performs inspection, calibration, testing, installation, and inspection of electrical equipment, electrical measuring instruments, etc.
