Dong Nai grants investment certificate to the largest AeonMall shopping center project in Vietnam

Attending and handing over the certificate were Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Kim Long. Speaking at the Investment Certificate Awarding Ceremony, Provincial Party Committee Member and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Kim Long sent warm and sincere congratulations to AeonMall Vietnam Group for trusting and choosing Dong Nai as a strategic destination.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Kim Long emphasized: The AeonMall project has a total investment of more than VND6,000 billion (equivalent to USD261 million). This is not only an impressive figure, but also has strategic significance in promoting the economic restructuring of the province.

The project is a testament to Dong Nai province's determination to strongly develop the trade and service sector, moving towards a more balanced and sustainable development, commensurate with its position as the southern economic gateway province; contributing to improving the quality of life, in which the presence of a world- leading retail brand such as AeonMall will bring nearly 4.5 million Dong Nai residents a shopping, entertainment and culinary destination of international standards, modern and most convenient. The project is not only a commercial center but also a new architectural symbol, contributing to creating a civilized and dynamic urban appearance for Dong Nai province.

AeonMall Bien Hoa project has an area of over 10 hectares, on Dang Van Tron Street, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province, licensed to invest in construction, operation of a comprehensive service trade center and office for rent, including: food and beverage services, children's play area (excluding electronic games with prizes), office rental and rental of counters, shelves, sales space that have been fully invested, built, installed, decorated; rental and sub-lease of premises, warehouses, halls and other items in the trade center.
