(Dong Nai) - According to the World Health Organization (WHO), premature birth is defined as a baby being born before reaching 37 weeks of gestation. Each year, approximately 15 million premature babies are born, and of those, about 1 million die from complications related to premature birth. In Vietnam, premature births account for 60% of all deaths among children under one year old.
