The report on production, living conditions, security, order, and social safety during the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Snake (2025) and some key tasks after the holiday, issued by the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, clearly states: In accordance with Directive No. 40-CT/TW dated December 11, 2024, of the Central Party Secretariat and Directive No. 45/CT-TTg dated December 18, 2024, of the Prime Minister on organizing the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Snake in 2025, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Directive No. 27-CT/TU dated December 20, 2024, and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued Directive No. 22/CT-UBND dated December 27, 2024, directing all levels, sectors, and localities to develop and implement plans to organize the Lunar New Year celebration for the people in a joyful, safe, healthy, and economical manner. Sectors and localities have implemented synchronously and effectively the goals and tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and launching emulation movements for 2025; organized the winter crop harvest and implemented the spring crop production plan within the best timeframe; proactively responded to severe cold weather and prevented and controlled diseases for crops and livestock; prepared the conditions for organizing the "Tree Planting Festival in memory of Uncle Ho" in the Spring of 2025; accelerated the progress of investment projects according to plan, especially key and large-scale projects; strengthened market inspection and control, and strictly handled violations in the production and business of goods and services. Directed localities to complete urban beautification, street and village roads, alleys, and residential areas to be "bright, green, clean, and beautiful". Local authorities have intensified propaganda efforts regarding the country's and province's development achievements, cultural and artistic activities celebrating the Party and the Lunar New Year of 2025, in conjunction with the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the 78th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's first visit to Thanh Hoa. They have improved the quality of cultural, health, and educational activities; closely monitored and ensured food safety and hygiene, environmental sanitation, and disease prevention and control; effectively implemented policies to support poverty reduction and social security, ensuring employment and income for workers; and cared for the lives of policy beneficiaries and those in difficult circumstances, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to celebrate the Lunar New Year. They will continue to promote the campaign to support the construction of housing for poor households, policy beneficiary households, and households facing housing difficulties in the province during the two years of 2024-2025.

The police and military forces have a firm grasp of the situation and effectively implemented plans and measures to ensure national defense and security, social order and safety; prevent, combat, and strictly handle all types of crimes, violations of the law, and social evils; strengthen patrols and controls to ensure traffic order and safety, and prevent and combat fires and explosions; strictly enforce regulations on the management and use of fireworks, preventing the misuse of fireworks in the province.
