Many companies and businesses with CSR departments also hunt to recruit young people with the right majors to deploy social activities for businesses more professionally.
Mr. Nha added that in addition to domestic jobs, there are also non-governmental organizations, where more and more young Vietnamese people choose to work.
“To work for international social projects, first of all you need to be passionate about contributing to a large enough community. Some projects in remote and difficult areas in poor countries can only be pursued with real enthusiasm," Mr. Nha said.
Professor Tamir Chultemsuren, vice president of the School of Sciences and Arts, Mongolian National University, said that in Mongolia, social work human resources are still very lacking.
Young people are quite shy about this field of study, mostly because the salary is not high and the work is very stressful, from contacting people who need help, finding funding sources to coordinating with government agencies and organizations. other non-governmental.
“I realize this is a common trend in many developing countries. However, when economic life improves, there will be more financial resources and investment for social activities. Human resources working for this industry will receive higher compensation," said Professor Tamir Chultemsuren.
Also according to professor Tamir Chultemsuren, a highlight of many Vietnamese students that he noticed is that they always proactively participate in social projects from a very young age.

Many businesses and social funds also participate in providing scholarships, attracting more students to study this field.
In addition, according to Mr. Chan, social work programs at Vietnamese universities are having positive changes.

"If students want to open up more opportunities and work for international non-governmental organizations, foreign language is an indispensable tool," Mr. Chan said.
