On April 21st, the South continued to be the region with the highest pork prices nationwide, with many localities recording slight increases.
The live pig market in Northern Vietnam recorded some price decreases today. Specifically: Hung Yen : decreased by 1,000 VND/kg, to 68,000 VND/kg.
Meanwhile, other localities such as Hanoi , Bac Giang, Phu Tho, Thai Binh, Vinh Phuc, Tuyen Quang, Yen Bai, Lao Cai... maintained stable prices around 68,000 – 69,000 VND/kg.
In the North, the price is currently commonly between 67,000 and 69,000 VND/kg, lower than in other regions.
The entire Central and Central Highlands regions recorded no significant price increases or decreases today; prices remained stable.
Provinces such as Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa , Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Thua Thien Hue... maintain prices around 69,000 – 70,000 VND/kg.
Dak Lak and Quang Binh provinces still maintain a high price of 70,000 VND/kg.
Pork prices in Central Vietnam and the Central Highlands remain stable at around 69,000 – 70,000 VND/kg.
Pork prices in Southern Vietnam

Dong Thap: price increased by 1,000 VND/kg, reaching 75,000 VND/kg.
Hau Giang: increased by 1,000 VND/kg, reaching 74,000 VND/kg
Bac Lieu: increased by 1,000 VND/kg, to 74,000 VND/kg
In some other provinces such as Ca Mau, Kien Giang, Can Tho, Vinh Long, Tien Giang, etc., the price remained unchanged, fluctuating between 73,000 and 74,000 VND/kg.
