The highlight of Linh Ung Pagoda (Son Tra Peninsula) is the statue of Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva (67m high, lotus base diameter 35m) standing with its back against the mountain and facing the sea. This is a popular check-in spot and tourists enjoy admiring this unique structure in Da Nang City.

Mr. Tran Van Phu, Head of the Pier Management and Tourism Services Department (under the Nha Trang Bay Management Board), said that as of 10:30 AM, approximately 3,500 tourists had departed to visit Nha Trang Bay. This compares to about 2,200 tourists on August 30th and 31st. "We expect the number of tourists to increase even more tomorrow (September 2nd)," Mr. Phu said.

At Bai Sau beach in Vung Tau city, from the evening of September 2nd to 6 PM on September 3rd, the Vung Tau Beerfest 2023 will take place with the theme "Around the world with Saigon Beer".
This is a large-scale and prestigious beer festival, the first of its kind held in Vung Tau City, laying the foundation for a series of vibrant programs to come, aiming to transform Vung Tau into an international festival city and affirm its position as a leading tourist destination for both domestic and international visitors.
The festival features a vibrant EDM night with performances by Soda, Wukong, Hieuthuhai, Mie, Kay Tran, and many other famous DJs. The event is free for locals and tourists.
