The Provincial Enforcement Department is carrying out its duties.

The Provincial Civil Enforcement Department (THADS) focuses on innovating management and operational methods, ensuring the five clear principles are followed: "clear person, clear task, clear progress, clear results, and clear responsibility"; orienting towards the grassroots level, promptly resolving difficulties and obstacles in civil enforcement, closely monitoring the progress and results of the targets and tasks of each enforcement officer and unit. It strengthens administrative discipline; promotes the fight against corruption and negative practices; and coordinates with relevant agencies in organizing the enforcement of judgments.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hai, Director of the Provincial Enforcement Department, stated: The Department has directed its operational units and the Enforcement Sub-departments in districts, cities, and towns to instruct enforcement officers to carefully study case files to apply the provisions of the Law on Enforcement; classify cases to find solutions that are relevant to reality, limit new pending cases, and reduce the annual backlog. It has also strengthened guidance and direction on professional matters, assigning responsibility to heads of departments and assigned areas, and closely monitoring the progress and results of weekly and monthly targets and tasks.

From October 1, 2024 to May 30, 2025, the entire province was required to enforce 4,681 cases; of which, 4,196 cases were enforceable, and 3,034 cases have been completed, achieving 86% of the assigned target. The total amount of money to be enforced was over 696 billion VND, of which over 504 billion VND was enforceable, and over 163 billion VND has been completed, reaching 62.3% of the assigned target. Many units achieved high results, such as: the Enforcement and Organization Department of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Bureau; the Civil Judgment Enforcement Sub-Department of Muong La District; and the Civil Judgment Enforcement Sub-Department of Moc Chau Town.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Hau, Head of the Enforcement and Organization Department of the Provincial Enforcement Department, stated: The unit has proactively developed weekly and monthly task implementation plans; strengthened inspection and supervision, and promptly grasped the progress and results of the work. To date, the unit has completed 88.33% of the cases and 54.90% of the monetary amounts, ranking first among units in the province.

The Enforcement Department of Moc Chau town, in 2025, has been assigned 85% of the cases and over 52.5% of the monetary value of the total number of enforceable cases. Mr. Vu Thang, Head of the Enforcement Department of Moc Chau town, stated: In organizing the enforcement of judgments, enforcement officers and staff regularly monitor the area, accurately verify the circumstances of each party, and then develop plans to apply appropriate enforcement measures; prioritizing the work of persuading, explaining, and convincing the parties to voluntarily comply with the judgment. As of the end of May 2025, the unit has achieved 73.58% of the cases and 58.34% of the monetary value. The unit strives to complete the assigned targets this year.

To improve the efficiency of judgment enforcement and strictly fulfill assigned targets and tasks, the Provincial Judgment Enforcement Department continues to strengthen inspection and supervision, promptly grasping the progress of work in each unit and locality; linking it to the responsibility of the head of each unit. In addition, it focuses on supporting key units and localities with a high number of cases; carefully preparing enforcement plans, coordinating well with departments and agencies in the province, especially in localities where there is no longer a district level, to accelerate the progress of judgment enforcement; focusing on organizing the enforcement of large, complex cases that affect political security and social order in the locality...
