Along with the consolidation of key leaders in new localities after the merger, many secretaries in old provinces and cities were also mobilized and assigned to work at the Central level.
In which, Mr. Tran Duc Thang , member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee (formerly), was mobilized, assigned and appointed by the Prime Minister to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Inspector General of the Government .

Mr. Tran Duc Thang was born in 1973, from Vinh Phuc. With a PhD degree, a member of the 13th Central Committee, Mr. Thang worked for a long time at the Central Inspection Committee and held the position of Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee, before being transferred to become Secretary of Hai Duong in October 2022.
Another Provincial Party Secretary who also received the appointment decision at the same time as Mr. Tran Duc Thang is Mr. Ho Van Nien , member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee (formerly). Mr. Nien was mobilized, assigned and appointed by the Prime Minister to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions.
Mr. Ho Van Nien was born in 1975, from Gia Lai. He has worked closely with the locality for a long time, held many important positions and served as Secretary of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee for two terms, before being transferred to the Central Government.
Also receiving the decision to transfer to the Central, Mr. Le Hong Quang , Secretary of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee (former), was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.
Mr. Quang was born in 1968, from Kien Giang. He is a Doctor of Law, and has served as a member of the Central Committee for two terms (terms XII and XIII).

Mr. Quang is a cadre who grew up in the Court sector, serving as Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court before holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee and then Secretary of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee (from April 2021 to present).
Mr. Dang Khanh Toan , Secretary of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee (old), was also recently transferred and appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Central Party Office.
Mr. Toan was born in 1971 and is from Hai Duong. He has held many key positions at the Government Inspectorate and also served as Deputy Chief of the Central Party Office since July 2021, before being transferred to become Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee in November 2024.

The Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations recently held a conference to announce the Politburo's Decision on personnel work.
Accordingly, the Politburo appointed Ms. Ha Thi Nga , member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Tuyen Quang province (formerly) to cease holding the position of Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and Central mass organizations for the 2020-2025 term.
The Politburo also decided to introduce Ms. Ha Thi Nga to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for consultation to elect her to hold the position of Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga was born in 1969, from Hoa Binh.
She was Deputy Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee; President of Vietnam Women's Union before holding the position of Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee in October 2024.

The Politburo recently decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Doan Minh Huan , Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee (formerly), to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics.
Mr. Huan was born in 1971, from Ha Tinh. He is an Associate Professor, Doctor of Party History, and has also been a lecturer, Deputy Dean, Dean, Deputy Director and then Director of the Regional Political Academy I, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics.
In July 2017, Mr. Huan held the position of Editor-in-Chief of Communist Magazine and became Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee from March 2023.
Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan , member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Bac Ninh province (old), has just received a decision to transfer, assign, and appoint to the position of Deputy Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee.
Mr. Tuan was born in 1979, from Thanh Hoa, has a PhD in Economic Management, Master of Business Administration. Mr. Tuan is a cadre who has grown up from working in the Youth Union, having held many positions such as Chief of the Central Youth Union Office; Secretary of the Central Youth Union Executive Committee; President of the Central Vietnam Youth Union; First Secretary of the Central Youth Union.
In mid-2022, he was appointed to the position of Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien was born in 1977, from Hai Duong, and has a PhD in Economics. After working in many positions, he served as Deputy Head of the Central Economic Commission for more than 4 years before being transferred to become a local leader.
The Secretariat also decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Tran Thanh Lam , Standing Deputy Secretary of Ben Tre Provincial Party Committee (formerly), to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.
Mr. Lam was born in 1973, from Ha Nam, has a Master's degree in Information Management. He used to be a provincial youth union officer and held many positions in the field of journalism and publishing.
Mr. Lam also held the position of Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department at the end of 2021, before being transferred to become Deputy Secretary of the Ben Tre Provincial Party Committee in 2024.

Mr. Nguyen Huy Dung was born in 1983, from Hanoi, and is a cadre trained in information technology at Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).
He has 20 years of experience in the field of cyber security, information technology, and digital technology, growing from a specialist to Deputy Minister of Information and Communications, before being transferred to the locality to hold the position of Provincial Chairman.
