Along with this, staff and civil servants actively apply information technology in receiving and digitizing documents, guiding people to submit applications online, and making cashless payments, gradually forming a digitized, transparent, and efficient working environment. Thanks to synchronized implementation, the efficiency of administrative procedures has improved significantly. In the first six months of the year, the center received and processed 2,358 out of 2,420 applications correctly and ahead of schedule, achieving a rate of 99.3%. Notably, 100% of applications were received online, and the rate of digitized applications and processing results reached 98%.
