On the afternoon of February 20th, the Tay Ninh Provincial Police announced that on New Year's Eve of the Year of the Horse, in the area where fireworks were being set off in Duong Minh Chau commune, Huynh Thi Quynh Huong (born in 2010), a student in class 10C6 of Duong Minh Chau High School, found a leather wallet (containing cash and many important personal documents).

Shortly afterward, Huong proactively brought the lost items to the Duong Minh Chau Commune Police to find the owner. After verification, the Duong Minh Chau Commune Police quickly contacted and returned the property to the owner, much to their joy and emotion.

Earlier, while patrolling and assessing the security situation in Hamlet 2, Mr. Le Hoang Anh, a member of the security force in Binh Chau A Hamlet (Tuyen Binh Commune), found a wallet (containing personal documents and cash) that had been dropped by someone. Mr. Hoang Anh proactively reported the find and handed over the property to the Tuyen Binh Commune Police for verification and to find the owner.

Immediately afterwards, Major Nguyen Minh Vinh, Head of the Tuyen Binh Commune Police, along with his colleagues, verified and identified the owner as Mr. Hoang Dinh Hung (born in 1997, residing in Hamlet 2, Tuyen Binh Commune). Subsequently, the Tuyen Binh Commune Police organized the return of the property to Mr. Hung.

Upon receiving his property back, Mr. Hung wrote a thank-you letter expressing his joy and sincere gratitude to the Tuyen Binh Commune Police force and Mr. Hoang Anh.
