The attractions of the 2025 art flower street in Can Tho

On January 9, news from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Can Tho City said that this unit has advised the People's Committee of Can Tho City to implement the art flower street "Celebrating the glorious Party - Celebrating the Spring of At Ty 2025". This project will be carried out on Vo Van Tan - Nguyen Thai Hoc Street (Tan An Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City) with a scale of about 310 m, from social mobilization sources.

With the theme "Convergence and Development", the art flower street will have many attractions. The main gate area is designed with a stylized round arch, in the middle of the model above is the Can Tho logo and the words "Can Tho Flower Street 2025", surrounded by brilliant apricot and peach blossom decorations.

The organizers designed the flower street into 3 sections with different details, miniatures, and models for people to visit and take pictures.

Section 1 includes models of spring apricot gardens, lotus pedestals, Vietnam maps, and sunflower pedestals associated with welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term and celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

Section 2 has a large flower platform model, At Ty spring, New Year greetings, spring parallel sentences, digital technology application model, book pages, computers, Library building model and Can Tho City People's Council.

Section 3 will have a stylized model of Can Tho city's tourism logo, a stage for performing arts, a model of a floating market on the river, an orchard, boats full of fruits, a model of a flower river, and tourism promotion booths.

The secondary gate of the flower street also impresses with a stylized model of a swallow spreading its wings, the Can Tho logo in the middle and the words "Can Tho Flower Street 2025", a tray of five fruits and colorful flower models. The pillars on both sides are decorated with models to create a final highlight for the flower street.

Can Tho City has reorganized the flower street on Vo Van Tan - Nguyen Thai Hoc Street and received the support of many people. As planned, the flower street will open on January 27 and operate until January 3 (from December 28 to the 6th day of the Lunar New Year 2025).

Previously, in 2022 - 2024, due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and difficulties in fundraising, Can Tho City reduced the scale from an art flower street to a spring flower garden. With a small scale, the flower garden is somewhat limited in its appeal, highlights, and appeal to people during the New Year and spring.
