Once upon a time, there were two best friends, a bee and a butterfly. The bee was diligent and hardworking, while the butterfly was the complete opposite – lazy and always playing around. One day, a dragonfly broke its wing. Seeing the butterfly flying by, the dragonfly called out to the butterfly for help: “Butterfly, please help me! My wing is broken and I can’t fly home. Can you help me?” The butterfly pretended not to notice and flew away.
The bee was busy collecting honey, but upon seeing the injured dragonfly, it stopped its work and flew to help its friend. The bee found a leaf for the dragonfly to sit on and carefully instructed its friend, "You're still injured, so just sit here and don't fly away." Then the bee went to find food for the dragonfly and bandaged its wound. After bandaging the dragonfly's wound, the bee even escorted it home. The dragonfly thanked the bee and went inside, and the bee flew back to finish its work.
On another occasion, a bee helped a queen ant in a faraway kingdom return to her nest. The queen ant was so grateful that she invited the bee to her kingdom and gave it valuable gifts. Not only ants and dragonflies, but many other animals had also received help from the bee, so everyone loved it. The butterfly, feeling left out, thought to itself: why should I help those people? I don't need those things anyway. Then, the butterfly proudly left.
One day, a butterfly was flying when it got caught in a spider's web and couldn't escape. The butterfly cried for help, but no one came to its aid. Everyone thought to themselves: Why bother helping someone like that? It wouldn't do any good anyway; it serves it right! They ignored the butterfly and went away.
Seeing this, the bee not only didn't ignore the butterfly but also said to everyone, "After all, we are friends and live together in the same forest. We must always be there for each other when needed. That's what makes a good friend." Understanding the bee's words, everyone came to help the butterfly. When the butterfly was trapped in despair, everyone turned back and together pulled it out. The butterfly then bowed its head in shame and learned a life lesson. From then on, the butterfly changed drastically from its former self. Gradually, everyone came to love both the bee and the butterfly.
