Ninh Binh starts construction of Trung Thanh Industrial Park Project with a scale of 200 hectares

On the morning of August 21, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Trung Thanh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Development Project was held in Tan Minh Commune. The project is implemented by Capella Real Estate Joint Stock Company and Nam Dinh Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company. This event marks a new development step in the industrialization, modernization and investment attraction of Ninh Binh province.

Comrade Le Quoc Chinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and delegates performed the project groundbreaking ceremony.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Le Quoc Chinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Dinh Viet Dung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Tran Anh Dung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Cao Son, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of departments, branches and localities.

Trung Thanh Industrial Park has a scale of about 200 hectares, with a total investment of over 1,657 billion VND, and is oriented to develop into a modern, green, and sustainable industrial park. The industrial park focuses on attracting high-tech, environmentally friendly manufacturing industries with high added value. With a favorable location, directly connected to National Highway 1 and the North-South Expressway, and many key traffic routes being invested in, Trung Thanh Industrial Park is expected to become an attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Cao Son spoke at the groundbreaking ceremony.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Cao Son, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, affirmed the important role and significance of the Project for local socio -economic development. He acknowledged and commended the efforts of the Investor, the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks, and the People's Committee of Tan Minh Commune in site clearance, creating favorable conditions for the project to start construction as planned.

To ensure the progress and effectiveness of the Project, he suggested that the Investor should focus resources, mobilize reputable partners, speed up progress, ensure quality, techniques, aesthetics, synchronous infrastructure and good connection with the regional technical infrastructure system, ensuring compliance with approved planning and design.

The Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks closely coordinates with the Investor to develop an investment attraction program, in which priority is given to large domestic and foreign investors with modern and environmentally friendly technology to invest in the Industrial Park in accordance with the province's investment attraction orientation. During the project implementation as well as future exploitation and operation, the Investor and related units are required to strictly comply with the provisions of law, especially regulations and standards on environmental protection, construction investment, labor and fire prevention and fighting safety.

Regarding the local government, he requested the People's Committee of Tan Minh commune to continue to coordinate with departments, branches, the Economic Zone Management Board and the provincial Industrial Parks to focus on completing site clearance work and handing over the entire remaining site to investors to implement construction on schedule.

Comrade Nguyen Cao Son also affirmed that Ninh Binh province will accompany and provide maximum support to investors and enterprises, creating an open, transparent and safe investment environment. The province will fully and promptly implement incentive mechanisms and policies in accordance with the law and the province's specific support policies.

At the ceremony, delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony of the project, marking an important event, opening up new prospects for Trung Thanh Industrial Park, and contributing significantly to the common goal of Ninh Binh province by 2030 to become a province with modern industry, high-quality tourism services, green urban areas associated with heritage; and an important high-tech industrial center in the inter-regional and national scope.
