On May 19, 05, Novaland, Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MBBank) and contractors Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company, Construction Investment and Mechanical Joint Stock Company No. 2023 (Coma9), Tan Ha Investment Company Limited, and Tai Viet Tin Construction Company Limited signed a cooperation agreement to restart the NovaWorld Phan Thiet project.
According to the signed agreement, MBBank commits to financial support for Delta - Valley Binh Thuan Co., Ltd. and direct construction contractors, ensuring the project can continue to be implemented. Contractors commit to coordinate with the parties to ensure construction progress, construction quality, towards the goal of accompanying the Investor to complete utilities and hand over houses to customers in stages.
After the positive signals from the event of restarting the implementation of The Grand Manhattan project (District 1) in April, Novaland Group has continued its efforts to work with partners, looking for solutions to soon bring a series of key mega-urban projects into construction.
