After graduating from the Dong Nai branch of the University of Forestry in 2019, Dinh Thi Bao Xuan applied for and worked at the Deo Ca Special Forest Management Board. On July 1, 2025, she was transferred to work at the Tay Hoa Regional Forest Ranger Station. However, recognizing her professional competence and local knowledge, the unit seconded her back to the Deo Ca Special Forest Management Board to support the unit's tasks.

The Deo Ca Special Forest Management Board currently has 7 staff members, managing 7,300 hectares of forest. Given the limited workforce, Ms. Xuan is assigned multiple tasks simultaneously, including overseeing forestry technical work, administrative duties, and general affairs. In addition, she prepares forestry reports, updates on forest changes, and handles cases of violations of the Forestry Law within her managed forest area. At times, Ms. Xuan also participates in patrols and on-site inspections in key areas for forest management and protection.
Currently, one of the key tasks of the Deo Ca Special Forest Management Board is to monitor and finalize the dossiers for the forest ecotourism project in the forest area under its management. Ms. Xuan has been entrusted with the task of overseeing and handling the procedures, documents, and official letters related to this matter.
"No matter the circumstances, I always try my best to complete the tasks assigned to me. The more involved I am in this profession, the more I realize my responsibility in preserving the greenery, protecting the environment, and the diverse ecosystem of this area," Ms. Xuan confided.

Mr. Dang Chi Hieu, Deputy Director of the Deo Ca Special Forest Management Board, stated that from the beginning of 2026 until now, there have been no forest fires or violations of the Forestry Law in the forest area managed by the Deo Ca Special Forest Management Board. This is a remarkable achievement, demonstrating the effectiveness of prevention efforts and the decisive involvement of all forces participating in forest protection, including the significant contribution of Ms. Dinh Thi Bao Xuan.
According to Mr. Hieu, in the coming time, the tasks of the Deo Ca Special Forest Management Board will face many difficulties and challenges. The unit urgently needs young, dedicated, and responsible officers like Ms. Xuan. She is a prime example of the forest ranger force in overcoming difficulties and fulfilling assigned tasks.
