Nui Cam Commune was established by merging the entire natural area and population of An Hao and Tan Lap communes. Immediately after its establishment, the Nui Cam Commune Party Committee quickly stabilized its organization, fostered unity in leadership, and brought the new organizational structure into effective operation. According to Do Minh Sang, Deputy Secretary of the Nui Cam Commune Party Committee, by September 2025, the Commune Party Committee will have led the implementation of 7 out of 11 targets set in the 2025 resolution, exceeding expectations. The reorganization of the organizational structure and personnel from the commune level to the hamlets has been comprehensively streamlined, ensuring continuity in management and operation. The successful organization of the first Party Congress of Nui Cam Commune, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nui Cam Commune, and other political and social organizations for the 2025-2030 term is a significant political victory, laying the foundation for the implementation of the resolution throughout the term.
In the socio-economic field, the commune Party Committee has focused on comprehensive leadership and achieved many positive results. Agricultural production continues to leverage its strengths. The sustainable development project of 1 million hectares of high-quality, low-emission rice cultivation has been effectively implemented… Hillside garden models and specialty crops of the Nui Cam region have been expanded, linked with production and consumption, ensuring stable output for farmers. Mr. Nguyen Van Danh - Head of the Tan An Hamlet Professional Farmers' Association - said that with the support of the local government, the commune Farmers' Association, and the Tan An Hamlet Professional Farmers' Association, the production and business of seedlings by members has improved significantly. Currently, the revenue of each member ranges from 150 - 200 million VND/year (profit of about 60%); providing regular employment for 60 - 80 local workers. “Farmers are delighted because they have regular work, stable income, improved family finances, and an increasingly higher quality of life. Some members of the branch association also actively participate in social and charitable work, contributing to building a more prosperous and beautiful homeland,” Mr. Danh said.
Along with agriculture, trade, services, and tourism have experienced strong development. Leveraging its advantage as a key tourist area of the province, Nui Cam commune has actively promoted urban beautification, improved service quality, maintained order and civilized tourism practices, resulting in a significant increase in tourist numbers, contributing positively to the budget and creating jobs for local workers.
Furthermore, social welfare policies were implemented promptly; cultural, sports, and tourism activities were promoted, contributing to improving the spiritual life and promoting the local image. In addition, national defense and security were maintained, social order and safety remained stable, and no "hot spots" or complex incidents occurred.

2025 is a pivotal year marking a turning point for Nui Cam commune in its new development phase. The Party Committee of Nui Cam commune has set the overarching goal of "Unity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development," and will focus on implementing a comprehensive set of key tasks to achieve the socio-economic development goals for 2025.
Mr. Do Minh Sang stated that, regarding the four unmet targets of the 2025 resolution, the commune will continue to review, reorganize, and assign cadres and civil servants according to the job position plan; focusing on training and fostering professional skills, political qualities, and public service ethics. At the same time, it will strengthen inspection and supervision, maintain discipline and order, prevent violations, and build internal unity, integrity, and strength. Nui Cam commune also identifies tourism as a key economic sector, therefore it will focus on investing in tourism infrastructure, improving the landscape and environmental sanitation; and closely coordinate with businesses to develop spiritual, ecological, and resort tourism products.
In addition, the commune continues to implement the project on producing high-quality, low-emission rice; expanding agricultural models adapted to climate change; encouraging the establishment of new-style cooperatives; developing OCOP products; and increasing people's income. Furthermore, the commune effectively implements poverty reduction policies, cares for the health, education, and cultural life of the people; preserves and promotes local traditional cultural identity; proactively monitors the situation and promptly resolves issues arising at the grassroots level; and promotes the role of the militia and commune police in ensuring security, order, and social safety, serving the development of the economy and tourism.
