OpenAI Launches ChatGPT o1 with Expensive New Pro Plan

According to TechRadar , OpenAI has just officially announced the AI ​​(artificial intelligence) model ChatGPT o1 and the ChatGPT Pro service package for $200/month. ChatGPT o1 is promoted as an improved version of GPT-4o, focusing on reasoning and logic. According to OpenAI, this model can solve 83% of the problems in the International Mathematical Olympiad, compared to only 13% of GPT-4o. Based on internal tests, ChatGPT o1 also reduces major errors by 34% and increases response speed by up to 50%. In addition, this model adds image processing features, allowing object analysis, reading handwriting, and creating visual instructions from user-uploaded photos.

However, not everyone has access to the full capabilities of ChatGPT o1. Free users and ChatGPT Plus ($20/month) have limited access to this model. To use the full features, users need to subscribe to ChatGPT Pro, which costs $200/month, 10 times more than the Plus package.
