Breaking the traffic "monopoly".

Quang Ninh is the province with the fastest-developing transportation infrastructure in the country over the past decade. Located in the far northeast of Vietnam, Quang Ninh was previously considered an "island" as its access routes relied mainly on the narrow and dilapidated National Highway 18. However, with keen foresight and a spirit of innovation, the province has overcome these infrastructure bottlenecks with high-quality projects. This has broken the "monopoly" of transportation, contributing to the effective exploitation of its potential and strengths, and making it one of the country's important growth poles.
