Specifically, the People's Committee of Xuan An Ward handed over houses to 4 households, including 3 policy beneficiary families: Ms. Nguyen Thi Tieu (Ward 1), Ms. Dang Thi Thuong (Ward 3), Ms. Nguyen Thi Bau (Ward 4), and 1 near-poor household: Ms. Thoi Thi Hoang (Ward 3). The People's Committee of Lac Dao Ward handed over a house to the poor household of Mr. Tran Van Ty (Ward 6). The People's Committee of Phong Nam Commune handed over a house to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Luong Thi Con on Dai Nam Street.
At the ceremonies, local leaders extended their congratulations to the families receiving housing support, and expressed their hope that the people would settle down, continue to strive for economic development, and gradually improve their quality of life.
According to the plan approved by the Provincial People's Committee, in the period 2024-2025, Phan Thiet City will implement a project to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for 72 households belonging to the categories of war veterans, poor households, near-poor households, and disadvantaged households. With a sense of urgency and determination, the city has so far completed the construction and renovation of 6 houses and handed them over to war veteran families, policy beneficiary families, poor households, and near-poor households.
