This is the third consecutive year that the Chamechaude Cattle Association has organized a "grand march" through the heart of the city. The migration began on May 22nd under sunny, pleasant weather, attracting many curious onlookers.


Numerous locals and cyclists stopped to give way, enjoying the sight of the sheep migrating through the city center.
Eudes Jouët-Pastré, a shepherd, shared: "We are always happy to answer questions and take this opportunity to convey messages about the behavior of sheep, as well as the role of Patou dogs in protecting the flock."

Maroussia, a local resident, excitedly said: "It's amazing! Yesterday we only saw them from afar while sitting in the car, but today we got to see them up close like this."

Locals and their children excitedly watched the flock of sheep up close.
Similar to previous years, traffic in the area will be locally affected, even disrupted for a few minutes, on major roads, bridges, and intersections where the livestock herd passes.
