Lieutenant Colonel Ho Huy Hung, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, said that based on coordinated activities between units, the Provincial Military Command has actively and effectively implemented cooperation programs in recent times.

This includes focusing on doing a good job in mass mobilization, propagating and encouraging all strata of the people, cadres, and Party members to promote patriotic emulation movements, participate in socio -economic development, and contribute to the goal of sustainable poverty reduction.

Besides coordinating efforts to strengthen and build a robust national defense system, the cooperating units implement policies supporting the military's rear areas, providing assistance to those in difficult circumstances, and regularly visiting and encouraging religious organizations, dignitaries, and officials.

These coordinated activities contribute to building a solid foundation, strengthening solidarity, and fostering mutual understanding in the process of fulfilling common tasks.

"Over the past five years of implementation, the Provincial Military Command has coordinated and organized more than 900 propaganda sessions with the participation of over 535,000 people. This has contributed to the effective implementation of movements to build new rural areas, spearhead socio-economic development while protecting the Fatherland, and support young people in establishing themselves and their careers."

"Especially the campaign to build '5 no, 3 clean' families; promoting traditions, contributing talents, and living up to the name of Ho Chi Minh's soldiers in the new era in the provincial armed forces and coordinating units," Lieutenant Colonel Ho Huy Hung shared.

To date, the Provincial Military Command and its affiliated units have organized visits and presented over 12,000 gifts to armed forces personnel, disadvantaged people, and families entitled to preferential policies, totaling more than 12 billion VND.

In coordination with other organizations, funding was provided to build 14 houses for comrades, 28 houses of gratitude for fellow soldiers, 23 houses of compassion, and 63 houses of solidarity, with a total cost of over 10.2 billion VND.

"Specifically, the Provincial Military Command mobilized nearly 5,000 officers and soldiers from the regular forces and militia to participate in over 34,000 man-days of work to help localities repair, clear vegetation, and pour concrete on 126km of rural roads, dredge 582km of irrigation canals, and harvest 16 hectares of crops."

"In 2024, the provincial armed forces coordinated and supported the construction of 100 houses of gratitude, 13 houses of solidarity, and 4 houses for comrades, with a total cost of over 9.3 billion VND," Lieutenant Colonel Ho Huy Hung added.
