Phu Quoc welcomes 400 tourists from the Czech Republic on a charter flight.

World2Fly's A350 flight WFL8623 transported 400 passengers from the Czech Republic to Phu Quoc City, Kien Giang Province for a one-week sightseeing and relaxation trip.

On October 24th, the Kien Giang Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center, in coordination with the Phu Quoc City People's Committee, organized a welcoming ceremony for the Der Touristik charter group from the Czech Republic, who came to visit and relax on the "pearl island".

Accordingly, the A350 flight numbered WFL8623, operated by World2Fly, will carry 400 passengers from the Czech Republic. The Der Touristik charter group from the Czech Republic is expected to visit Phu Quoc for a week of sightseeing and relaxation and will depart the island on October 31st.

According to Quan Xuan Lua, Director of the Kien Giang Provincial Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion, Phu Quoc will welcome many international tourist groups for sightseeing and relaxation from now until the end of the year. This is the result of the efforts to promote the image of the "pearl island" to domestic and international tourists.

According to representatives of Phu Quoc International Airport, more domestic flights from Can Tho and Da Nang to Phu Quoc will resume in late October and early November 2024.

The Can Tho-Phu Quoc route, operated by Vietnam Aviation Service Company (Vasco), will officially resume with a frequency of 5 flights per day/round trip on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

The Da Nang - Phu Quoc route operates four flights in each direction on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
