The event attracted approximately 50 youth union members from Kien Hung ward and students from the University of Education - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, along with 30 women's association members, Party branch secretaries, neighborhood group leaders, and representatives from various associations of Neighborhood Group 19. The program also mobilized a specialized garbage compactor truck to assist in the collection and transportation of waste.
Simultaneously, forces launched an operation to collect plastic waste, household waste, and construction waste in the vacant land area of Residential Group 19 - a place where illegal dumping frequently occurs. By the end of the operation, approximately 3.5 tons of various types of waste had been collected and processed.

According to representatives from Kien Hung ward, the environmental sanitation campaign has practical significance in improving urban aesthetics, gradually addressing environmental hotspots, and raising public awareness of maintaining general hygiene.
Recently, the vacant land area in Residential Group 19 has frequently been the scene of illegal dumping, causing environmental pollution and affecting the daily lives of residents. In response to this situation, Kien Hung Ward has repeatedly organized teams to collect and process waste, combined with raising awareness and encouraging residents to comply with environmental protection regulations.
This campaign further demonstrates the determination of the Party Committee, the government, and mass organizations of Kien Hung ward in addressing illegal dumping, building a bright, green, clean, and beautiful living environment, and contributing to improving the quality of urban life.
