Having opened this broken rice shop since 1995 to raise two children, Mrs. Diep has been at the restaurant for nearly 2 years. For her family and the staff in the restaurant, this is a huge recognition for her efforts and dedication to serving customers.
At the age of 14, he went to the shop to help his mother, with Vinh Thuy, the rice shop is the heart and effort of decades of building her mother with the contribution of the children in the family. Introduced to us, he said that each meal here costs from 76.000 to 144.000 VND depending on the type.

Talking about the name Pho Hoa, Mrs. Xiem once shared that nearly 60 years ago, Pasteur Street was called "Pho street", because there were more than a dozen pho trucks selling on the road about ten kilometers.

That day, around afternoon, she, her mother and uncle pushed the pho cart to the street and moved in at 12 o'clock at night. Pho Hoa is named after a man named Hoa who works as a street vendor with a car. Every day, Mr. Hoa often pushes his cart to walk nearly 20 km from Xom Moi market (Go Vap district) to Pasteur street to sell.
“It is also a grace that he left the burden of pho to my family, and is not afraid to pass on many cooking secrets. My mother and stepfather are also people who work hard to learn and explore, so when receiving pho, they also receive satisfaction from customers. Because I want to repay Mr. Hoa's gratitude, my family did not change the name of the restaurant, but kept the name Pho Hoa from that day until now," said Mrs. Xiem.
