Duong Van Toan - A.VAPA.

He is photographer Duong Van Toan, born in 1978 in Quang Ninh province, and was admitted to the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists in January 2023. He is currently a member of the Quang Yen Photography Club.

On his social media account, alongside carefully curated service photos, are many familiar images of the Quảng Yên countryside: the Chanh River, ancient lim trees in the forest, people protecting the land in the border region, the old town, traditional festivals, the Hạ Long Carnival, beautiful moments of nature, daily life, the rice flower season, the changing seasons… “My greatest joy is promoting the image of the people and life of my homeland,” he shared.

He started taking photos in 2015, but it wasn't until the end of 2017 that he tried his hand at competitions and achieved many successes, with many memorable works: "Morning," Red River Delta regional exhibition 2018; "Bach Dang Bridge asphalt," Third prize in the Quang Ninh province photography competition 2020; "Reaching out to the open sea," VN21 exhibition; the photo series "Ocean oyster farming at sea," Bronze medal in the homeland's sea and islands photography competition 2021; "Quang Yen aquaculture area," Red River Delta regional exhibition 2022; "Golden season in Binh Lieu," First prize in the "Beautiful photos of nature, culture, and people of Binh Lieu" competition 2022; "Reaching out to the ocean," Vietnam photography competition exhibition 2022; “The procession festival on Ha Nam - Quang Yen island village”, First prize winner of the “Beauty of Vietnam” photo contest, January 2023, organized by People's Television…
