Quang Nam implements a loan policy for people who have completed their prison sentences

The Provincial Police shall periodically direct the Commune Police on the 5th of every month to prepare and provide a list of people who have completed their prison sentences and are in need and eligible for loans to transfer to the Bank for Social Policies as a basis for get a loan. Preside and coordinate with relevant agencies and the Bank for Social Policies where the loan is provided in the organization and implementation; Propose solutions to problems that arise during implementation.

The People's Committee of Quang Nam province also assigned the Provincial Bank for Social Policies Branch to be responsible for coordinating with relevant departments, branches, branches, local authorities, socio-political organizations at all levels, Savings and borrow capital and organize propaganda about the loan program for people who have completed their prison sentences according to Decision No. 22/2023/QD-TTg dated August 17, 8 of the Prime Minister; Direct the district-level Transaction Office of the Bank for Social Policies to promptly disburse capital to beneficiaries; Coordinate with relevant units to properly carry out inspection and supervision to ensure loans are given to the right subjects and capital is used for the right purposes. 

The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations at all levels should strengthen propaganda and dissemination of loan guidelines and policies for people who have completed their prison sentences at all levels and agencies. The industry, people and beneficiaries know how to implement it.

People's Committees of districts, towns and cities are responsible for directing commune-level People's Committees to confirm the subjects and conditions for timely loan policy beneficiaries; Directing village heads, entrusted socio-political organizations, and Savings and Loan Groups to conduct loan reviews openly and transparently, ensuring correct procedures and quickly completing documents borrow capital and send it to the Social Policy Bank in the area for lending.
