“The biggest difficulty is related to licensing and legal issues, which businesses have been facing for many years. We received dozens of recommendations and proposals from businesses with the desire to solve these obstacles, while currently there is still no effective connection between ministries and branches on marine farming policy", Mr. Dung speak.
