This Resolution stipulates the policy of supporting training and retraining for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, students and students of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (abbreviated as Laos international students). ) subject to training and retraining under the cooperation agreement with Bac Giang province.
Subjects of application are Lao students participating in training and fostering under a cooperation agreement with Bac Giang province. Agencies, units, organizations and individuals involved in the training and fostering of Laotian overseas students are subject to training and retraining under the cooperation agreement with Bac Giang province.
Methods of implementing support policies include: Funding for training, retraining and accommodation; visa fee support; monthly living expenses support; initial level page support; travel expenses support; support internship, thesis writing, graduation report at the end of the course; support on the occasion of the National Day of Vietnam and the National Day of Laos, Vietnamese Traditional New Year and Lao Traditional New Year.
Accordingly, 100% support for training, retraining, accommodation and visa fees. Subsistence support including: Intermediate and college level training is 3,08 million VND/person/month; university level training 3,63 million VND/person/month; postgraduate training level 4,11 million VND/person/month; training and retraining to improve professional knowledge from 3 months to less than 12 months 4,82 million VND/person/month; learning Vietnamese to participate in the entrance exam, for intermediate, college and university entrance exams 2,46 million VND/person/month; learn Vietnamese to take the entrance exam, graduate admissions 2,9 million VND/person/month.
Practicing skills at agencies and units in Bac Giang province for less than 6 months, continuing to support monthly living expenses according to the support level for each corresponding training level specified at Points a, b, c, d, Clause 2 of this Article.
Support for the initial level and travel expenses, including support for the initial level of training at intermediate, college, university and graduate levels, 4,48 million VND/person. Learn Vietnamese; training and retraining to improve professional knowledge from 3 months to less than 12 months 3,58 million VND/person. Travel cost is 1 million VND/person/ 01 time (including the first and the return trip). Training at intermediate level, college, university, graduate level, support 02 times/course. Learn Vietnamese; training and retraining to improve professional knowledge from 3 months to less than 12 months, support 01 time/course.
Support for internship, thesis writing, graduation report at the end of the course (applicable to college, university and postgraduate training) is 1,5 million VND/person.
Support on the occasion of Vietnam National Day and Lao National Day, Vietnamese Traditional New Year and Lao Traditional New Year 150 VND/person/day (number of holidays and New Year according to regulations of the Government of Laos and Vietnam annually) ).
