Tan Xuan People's Credit Fund announces changes to its operational content.

Based on Decision No. 89/QD-KV10 dated April 11, 2025, of the State Bank of Vietnam, Regional Branch 10;

Based on Decision No. 90/QD-KV10 dated April 14, 2025, of the State Bank of Vietnam, Regional Branch 10.

The Tan Xuan People's Credit Fund hereby announces the following:

1. The charter capital of Tan Xuan People's Credit Fund as of December 31, 2024 is: VND 5,811,300,000 (In words: Five billion eight hundred eleven million three hundred thousand dong)

2. The scope of operations under License No. 16/NH-GP dated January 23, 1997, issued by the State Bank of Vietnam, Binh Thuan branch, to Tan Xuan People's Credit Fund, is amended and supplemented as follows:

a) Raising capital in Vietnamese Dong.

b) Lending in Vietnamese Dong.

c) Other activities:

- Providing money transfer services and performing collection and disbursement services for members and customers through the cooperative bank's CF-ebank system.

- Acting as an agent providing payment services for the cooperative bank to members and customers of the Tan Xuan People's Credit Fund.

- Participate in capital contribution at the cooperative bank.

- Open a payment account at the State Bank, commercial banks, or cooperative banks.

- Deposit money at the cooperative bank.
