High determination, great effort, and decisive action are needed to achieve double-digit economic growth.

Identifying the task of achieving double-digit growth in 2025 as a particularly important political task, the Provincial People's Committee directed departments, agencies, and localities to make the highest political efforts and determination to decentralize power, clearly define responsibilities, promptly resolve bottlenecks and obstacles; tighten administrative discipline, and thoroughly understand the difficulties and obstacles faced by businesses and production and business establishments in order to provide timely solutions.

In the first quarter, the Provincial People's Committee was decisive in its direction, focusing on closely following the directives, resolutions, programs, and official dispatches of the Government and the Prime Minister, as well as the guidance documents from the Central Government and the Provincial Party Committee; implementing many synchronized solutions to quickly overcome difficulties, ensuring social welfare, security, political stability, and social order and safety, and promptly resolving bottlenecks, difficulties, and obstacles to socio-economic development.

Thanks to this, the province's economic situation achieved positive results: The overall industrial production index is estimated to increase by 12.74% compared to the same period last year; the consumption index of the processing and manufacturing industry increased by approximately 7.0%; and the inventory index in March decreased by 17.1%; key products such as automobiles, motorcycles, and electronic components all achieved significant growth compared to the same period last year; agricultural production continued to receive attention, and policies supporting the restructuring of the agricultural sector continued to be implemented; service and trade activities were vibrant, with total retail sales of goods, revenue from accommodation, food and beverage services, travel and tourism, and consumer service revenue reaching 20.97 trillion VND, an increase of 11.88%; the total number of tourists visiting and staying in the province reached 2.85 million, equivalent to 25.7% of the annual plan and an increase of 11% compared to the same period last year.
