On the morning of March 15th, all polling stations in Phuc Loi ward (Hanoi city) simultaneously opened the national election day, allowing each citizen to exercise their rights and civic duties, directly choosing outstanding representatives with virtue and talent to represent the will and aspirations of the people in the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels.

Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh and Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha cast their votes in the election.

At polling station number 7, the atmosphere was extremely solemn. Immediately after the opening ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh and Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, along with voters, exercised their rights and fulfilled their civic duties.

After casting his vote, Comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh expressed his joy and pride in fulfilling his civic duty, emphasizing the significance and importance of this momentous day.

The comrade commended and highly appreciated the proactive and responsible spirit of the Party Committee, People's Committee, and People's Council of Phuc Loi ward in preparing the conditions for election day.

The Phuc Loi Ward Election Committee brought ballot boxes directly to the homes of elderly and infirm voters.

Expressing her enthusiasm on election day, Ms. Tran Thi Lan, a voter from residential group No. 12, Phuc Loi ward, shared: “The atmosphere of this year's election is very solemn and joyful. The organization at the polling stations was meticulously prepared, with clear instructions, making voter participation very convenient. As a long-time voter in the locality, I expect the elected representatives to continue to pay attention to and effectively address the practical issues of people's lives.”

Thanks to effective publicity, the festive atmosphere of the national election day has spread to every residential area and neighborhood in Phuc Loi ward. Some elderly and frail voters were visited and encouraged by representatives of the polling station and leaders of the Phuc Loi Ward Election Committee, who even brought supplementary ballot boxes to their homes.

As of 4 PM on March 15th, the voter turnout in the area had reached 90.52%. Specifically, at polling station No. 10, in Electoral Unit No. 3 of Phuc Loi Ward, by 12 PM, 100% of voters had cast their ballots for the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
