Tam Anh High-Tech General and Oncology Hospital is expected to begin operations in 2028.
The hospital is expected to become operational in 2028, contributing to the city's capacity for medical examination and treatment services for the people, especially in the field of high-tech and specialized healthcare .
According to Mr. Ngo Chi Dung, Chairman of the Board and General Director of Tam Anh General Hospital System, the need for investment in modern, large-scale hospitals to meet the demand for specialized, high-tech, and comprehensive medical services for Vietnamese people and international visitors is increasingly urgent. This is especially true in the field of cancer diagnosis and treatment, as it addresses a century-long challenge for healthcare in general and Vietnam in particular, helping patients avoid traveling abroad for treatment and enabling the hospital to attract a large number of foreigners, similar to Japan and Singapore.
The new hospital will be designed with modern architecture and functionality, equipped with world-class advanced medical technology systems, to meet the needs of comprehensive and specialized medical examination and treatment according to international standards, especially in the field of oncology.
Currently, the Tam Anh General Hospital system comprises three large-scale general hospitals in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, along with two clinics spanning tens of thousands of square meters, and hundreds of modern clinical examination rooms, meeting the healthcare needs of tens of thousands of patients and customers every day.
Reportedly, Tam Anh General Hospital is also the first institution outside the United States to conduct phase 2 clinical trials for the oral immunotherapy drug RBS2418, opening up new hope for patients with late-stage cancer.
