Nguyen Duc Toan (middle) has 5 previous convictions for theft of property.

According to the investigation records, at around 7:00 a.m. on September 20, Nguyen Duc Toan drove a motorbike from Hue City to Nam Dong District to steal property. When arriving at a resident's house in Thuong Nhat Commune, the subject broke into the house and stole a Vivo mobile phone that was charging outside. After that, the subject continued to go to the house of another resident in the same commune to steal an Iphone 11 Promax mobile phone and quickly escaped.

Immediately after receiving the report from the people, Nam Dong District Police quickly investigated, identified and successfully arrested Nguyen Duc Toan. Through the process of investigation, the subject confessed that in August and September 2024, he had committed 3 more thefts in the city. It is known that Nguyen Duc Toan has 5 previous convictions for theft.
