All activities taking place in the summer should be noted, absolutely safe, not affecting exam activities.

According to Mr. Minh, it is necessary to organize summer activities focusing on training necessary skills for students; develop plans for activities of clubs in various forms, attracting students to participate; does not organize teaching cultural knowledge in the summer, the summer cultural review is only for students with weak academic ability.

Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training requires educational institutions to organize summer activities focusing on 5 contents: Propaganda of summer activities, traditional education, history, education of revolutionary ideals, ethics, lifestyle, life skills, awareness and responsibility of citizens towards society, arousing patriotism, national pride, law dissemination and education; fun activities, entertainment, skill training, improving physical and mental health for students; Activities to raise awareness on traffic safety and environmental protection; Organizing activities to care for and protect children; Volunteer activities.

In addition, the Department also requested educational institutions, to develop a plan to organize summer activities and estimate the operating budget in 2023 at the unit, to deploy it for officials, teachers, staff, students, students' parents, ensure the good implementation of the content.
