Summary of the first three years of implementing Project 1371

From 2021 to the present, Party committees at agencies, units, and localities in the province have focused on leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of plans, setting goals and tasks for the annual implementation of projects linked to legal dissemination and education , grassroots mediation, building communes that meet legal access standards, and other legal dissemination and education projects, ensuring they are practical and feasible. Member agencies and implementing units regularly coordinate closely, unify, and innovate the content, form, and methods of implementing legal dissemination and education activities to suit the characteristics and nature of the target audience. Training, professional development, skills enhancement, application of information technology, and digital transformation in legal dissemination and education work and mobilizing people to comply with the law have been given attention. The units also proactively developed model projects, organized experience sharing sessions, and replicated good, creative, and effective practices in legal education and dissemination and in mobilizing people to comply with the law at the grassroots level.

Colonel Truong Thanh Viet, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, and Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Steering Committee 1371, chaired the conference.

To ensure the more effective implementation of Project 1371 in the coming years, the Provincial Steering Committee for Project 1371 has determined to continue closely following the direction of the Government, the Steering Committee for Project 1371 of the Ministry of National Defense , and Military Region 5; to promote the role of the Steering Committee and the Project's working group at all levels, the Council for Coordination of Legal Education and Dissemination, political and legal agencies, and other relevant agencies in advising Party committees at all levels on leadership and direction in implementing the project; to focus on guiding, inspecting, correcting, drawing lessons learned, overcoming weaknesses and difficulties at the grassroots level. Regularly consolidate, train, and improve the skills, capacity, and sense of responsibility of the team of lecturers, propagandists, and legal collaborators to meet the requirements and tasks of legal education and dissemination work and to mobilize the people to abide by the law. Based on the actual situation, customs, and traditions of each locality and unit, determine the content and form of propaganda and legal education accordingly; research, innovate, and diversify forms of propaganda; and replicate effective and creative models and methods.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Steering Committee 1371 awarded Certificates of Commendation from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to collectives that have achieved outstanding results over the past three years in implementing the project.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Steering Committee 1371 awarded certificates of commendation from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to 5 collectives and 5 individuals for their outstanding achievements in implementing the Project "Promoting the role of the People's Army in participating in the dissemination and education of law, and mobilizing people to abide by the law at the grassroots level in the period 2021-2027" in the province.
