The conference announced the Decisions of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province on the establishment of the Party Committee of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism for the term 2025-2030; and the appointment of the Inspection Committee, Chairman, and Vice Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism for the term 2025-2030.

Accordingly, the Party Committee of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong province is directly under the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province; it was established on the basis of merging all Party organizations and Party members of 3 grassroots Party Committees: the Party Committee of the former Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong province, the Party Committee of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Nong province, and the Party Committee of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Thuan province. The Party Committee Executive Board consists of 9 members; the Party Committee Standing Committee consists of 5 members; Mr. Nguyen Van Loc, Provincial Party Committee member and Director of the Department, was appointed as the Party Committee Secretary; Mr. Nghiem Dinh Hieu, Deputy Director of the Department, is appointed as the Deputy Party Committee Secretary. The Party Committee Inspection Committee consists of 2 members; Mr. Nghiem Dinh Hieu, Deputy Party Committee Secretary and Deputy Director of the Department, was appointed as the Chairman; Mr. Nguyen Anh Hung, Party Committee Executive Board member and Deputy Director, is appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Party Committee Inspection Committee.

The Party Committee of the Lam Dong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism also announced the Decision to establish 14 Party Branches directly under the Department's Party Committee, including: the Department Office Party Branch; the Planning and Finance Party Branch; the Cultural Management Party Branch; the Sports Management Party Branch; the Tourism Management Party Branch; the Information, Press and Publishing Management Party Branch; the Lam Dong Provincial Library Party Branch; the Lam Dong Museum Party Branch; the Lam Dong Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center Party Branch; the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee Base Relics Management Board Party Branch during the anti-American resistance war; the Ho Chi Minh Museum Binh Thuan Party Branch in Lam Dong province; the Dak Nong Geopark Culture and Management Center Party Branch in Lam Dong province; the Lam Dong Art Theater Party Branch; and the Lam Dong Provincial Tourism Promotion Center Party Branch.

In his remarks assigning the tasks, Comrade Nguyen Van Loc, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Department, emphasized: The Department's organizational structure has officially stabilized its operations. The merger of the three provinces is not simply an addition, but a multiplication of strength. The entire unit needs to change its working methods and mindset; each assigned leader of the departments and affiliated units, and each Deputy Director in charge, must be dynamic, responsible, and enthusiastic.
