The organization of an out-of-hospital emergency system includes: Hospital 115, Emergency Coordination Center, Emergency Training Center and emergency network. In which, the outpatient emergency network includes 115 emergency stations and outpatient emergency teams of hospitals to ensure service delivery to all districts of Ho Chi Minh City.
