Vegetarian food fair attracts thousands of Buddhists and visitors in the province.

With about 75 vegetarian food stalls arranged, decorated, and displaying free vegetarian dishes such as fruits, traditional cakes, vegetarian foods such as vermicelli soup, vegetarian fried noodles, vegetarian vermicelli with pork skin, etc., attracting thousands of Buddhists and visitors in the province to attend. Each stall is decorated with fresh flowers and has a full food introduction sign to attract visitors, making it easy to choose dishes according to their needs.

The space at the Fair displays Buddha statues so visitors can perform the Buddha bathing ritual.

Nun Dieu Minh, Van Phuoc Pagoda, member of the Organizing Committee of the Vegetarian Food Fair, said: “Here, visitors can freely choose vegetarian dishes, traditional cakes, and their favorite drinks, completely free of charge. The Organizing Committee has distributed 16,000 coupons to Buddhists and visitors. This year, pagodas in the province, along with monks, nuns, Buddhists, organizations, and volunteer individuals, joined hands to create a free culinary space. Although free, the Organizing Committee has prepared very carefully from the dishes, food hygiene and safety to the decoration of each booth. On the occasion of this year's Great Festival, the Provincial Buddhist Sangha organized a larger scale than in previous years to create conditions for Buddhists and visitors to attend the festival and visit to enjoy vegetarian dishes.
