According to SpaceX, the satellites were launched by a Falcon 9 rocket from the Cape Canaveral Space Station in Florida at 8:21 a.m. on January 14 (Eastern time, or 8:21 p.m. Vietnam time). This is the 18th launch and landing of the first stage rocket.

Previously, on November 13, SpaceX also launched 20 Starlink satellites into orbit from Vandenberg Space Base in California.

The first stage of the Falcon 9 rocket returned to Earth about eight minutes after liftoff and successfully landed on a SpaceX drone ship anchored in the Atlantic Ocean.

Meanwhile, the Falcon 9's upper stage continued to deliver 20 Starlink satellites to low Earth orbit (LEO) and completed the deployment of these satellites about 65 minutes after takeoff.

SpaceX's Starlink satellite constellation is constantly expanding, now comprising more than 6,560 operational satellites.
