At 8:30 PM, authorities completely banned cars from entering the central areas. On streets such as Tran Phu, Chu Van An, and Nguyen Thai Hoc (where the parade contingents and equipment passed)... security forces and traffic police were tightly organized to ensure the safety and security of the area.
