The Tax Department ( Ministry of Finance ) has just issued an urgent notice regarding the plan to temporarily suspend tax-related application systems to facilitate the relocation of the Tax Department's data center.

The Tax Department will be relocating its main data center to a new location from May 23rd to June 15th. During this period, some tax-related applications will be temporarily suspended to facilitate the system transition.
The downtime for migrating application systems from the primary data center environment to the backup data center environment and vice versa is as follows:
Electronic invoicing application: temporarily suspended for 4 hours, from 0-4:00 on May 24th and from 0-4:00 on June 14th.
The electronic tax service application and communication hub will be temporarily suspended for 48 hours, from 6 PM on May 23rd to 4 PM on May 25th, and from 6 PM on June 13th to 4 PM on June 15th.
The Tax Department's application system operates at a backup data center (DRC) with performance reaching 70% compared to the primary data center as follows:

The Tax Department's application systems will be back online on the main data center, with the electronic invoice application starting at 4:00 AM on June 14th; and the electronic tax service application and data transmission hub starting at 4:00 PM on June 15th.
During the system shutdown period, taxpayers will temporarily stop using the electronic invoice application and the electronic tax service application.
Specifically, the electronic tax service applications include: electronic tax services for businesses (eTax); electronic tax services for individuals (iCanhan); electronic tax services on mobile devices (eTax Mobile); e-commerce portal; electronic portal for foreign suppliers; electronic tax services on the National Public Service Portal, the Ministry of Finance Public Service Portal, and provincial-level public service portals.
Previously, from 5 PM on March 12th to 8 AM on March 17th, the Tax Department also temporarily suspended some electronic tax systems to facilitate upgrades and conversions of tax categories.
Taxpayers will continue to carry out tax administrative procedures (except for electronic tax payment) through electronic tax channels, in-person reception, and postal services during the upgrade and transition process...
