More trains to the Central provinces on the occasion of Hung King's death anniversary

The railway runs more trains from Ho Chi Minh City to the Central provinces to serve passengers traveling during the Hung Kings' death anniversary holiday.

Saigon Railway Transport Branch said that during the Hung Kings Commemoration Day holiday, the railway will increase the number of passenger trains from Ho Chi Minh City to Phan Thiet, Nha Trang, Quy Nhon and vice versa during peak days.

Specifically, between Ho Chi Minh City - Quy Nhon, train SE30 will depart from Saigon station on April 4 at 5:50 p.m. and arrive at Quy Nhon station at 8:05 a.m.; in the opposite direction, train SE29 will depart from Quy Nhon station on April 7 at 3:30 p.m. and arrive at Saigon station at 6:20 a.m. Soft seat ticket prices range from 756,000 to 776,000 VND/ticket/trip, soft bed ticket prices range from 853,000 to 1,310,000 VND/ticket/trip.

Between Ho Chi Minh City - Nha Trang, train SNT4 will depart from Saigon station on April 4 at 9:45 p.m. and arrive at Nha Trang station at 6:25 a.m. Train SNT5 will depart from Nha Trang station on April 7 at 12:15 p.m. and arrive at Saigon station at 9:38 p.m. Soft seat ticket price is 570,000 - 654,000 VND/ticket/trip, sleeper ticket price is 760,000 - 1,137,000 VND/ticket/trip.

Between Ho Chi Minh City - Phan Thiet, train SPT4 will depart from Saigon station on April 5 at 8:00 a.m. and arrive at Phan Thiet station at 12:20 p.m. Train SPT3 will depart from Phan Thiet station on April 7 at 2:20 p.m. and arrive at Saigon station at 6:50 p.m. Soft seat ticket price is 279,000 - 289,000 VND/ticket/trip, sleeper ticket price is 304,000 - 365,000 VND/ticket/trip.

At the same time, from March 24, the railway will open ticket sales for the Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City route during the summer of 2025 for trains running from May 15 to August 15.

The railway still applies a regular discount policy for social policy subjects such as: Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, seriously ill soldiers, people with disabilities, children, students, union members, etc.
