(QBĐT) - From March 11-21, the Provincial Military Command organized training courses on the methods and rules for using the STV022 submachine gun for representatives of leaders, commanders, and officers and staff of agencies and units of the provincial armed forces.
The STV022 submachine gun is a new weapon recently issued to military units. To help officers and personnel on guard duty at agencies and units master the weaponry, rules, and drill movements to ensure uniformity, the training process includes studying fundamental topics such as: the structure, features, functions, and movement of the main parts of the gun; how to disassemble and assemble the gun; gun inspection procedures; firing preparation and cease-fire stances; attention, rest, turn-in-place, and salute when equipped with the gun; basic aiming and correct aiming when practicing firing the STV022; and live-fire testing with the STV022…

During the training course, the officers and trainees demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, strictly adhering to the regulations of the training organizers and proactively studying, reviewing, and thoroughly understanding the content imparted. The results of the live-fire test showed that 100% of the participants met the requirements, with over 40% achieving good or excellent grades. This training course serves as a foundation for the officers and trainees to become the core force in transmitting knowledge and skills in firing the STV022 rifle to all officers, staff, and soldiers in their respective agencies and units.
