The last registration date to exercise the right is October 1, 2025. Accordingly, the bank plans to pay cash dividends at a rate of 10% (one share receives 1,000 VND). The expected dividend payment scale this time is VND 7,086 billion and the expected dividend payment date is October 22, 2025.

The payment source is from the bank's undistributed profits after setting aside funds as of December 31, 2024 according to Techcombank 's audited separate and consolidated financial statements for 2024.

The bank said that with positive business results even in a volatile economic situation, Techcombank believes that maintaining the policy of paying dividends from retained earnings, while continuing to have business growth above the industry average and ensuring a Tier 1 capital adequacy ratio of 14-15% is completely feasible.

Techcombank's pre-tax profit in the first 6 months of the year was VND15.1 trillion, in the second quarter alone it reached VND7.9 trillion, 9.2% higher than the first quarter and the highest quarterly profit in the Bank's history.

As of June 30, 2025, Techcombank's total assets reached VND 1,038 trillion, an increase of more than 6% compared to the beginning of the year, marking the first time the Bank's total assets exceeded the VND 1 trillion mark - a testament to the sustainable development and growing trust of customers in Techcombank.

In the banking sector alone, credit grew by 10.6% to VND708.9 trillion - ensuring appropriate growth to maintain the loan-to-deposit ratio (LDR) and the ratio of short-term capital for medium- and long-term lending at levels significantly lower than the limit prescribed by the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV).

Currently, in addition to Techcombank, a number of other banks are also implementing dividend payments. In particular, MSB closed the shareholder list on September 9 to pay stock dividends at a rate of 20%. Kienlongbank closed the shareholder list on September 25 to pay stock dividends at a rate of up to 60%. This is the highest dividend payment level in the entire banking industry in 2025.
