Recently, Thai Nguyen Department of Planning and Investment has continuously announced to invite interested investors to register to implement urban and residential projects in the province.
Most recently, this Department is looking for investors for the South Cau River urban area project in Quang Vinh ward, Thai Nguyen city.
Accordingly, the project has a land use area of over 45,4 hectares. Current status is agricultural land, non-agricultural land managed and used by organizations and households; no compensation for ground clearance.
Preliminary total project investment is over 3.682 billion VND. In which, the preliminary total project implementation cost (excluding compensation, support and resettlement costs is more than 2.600 billion VND, preliminary compensation, support and resettlement costs are more than 1.082 billion VND).
Preliminary costs of the above project are only estimates, not used to calculate land use levy, land rent and financial obligations of the investor selected to implement the project, the determination of land use levy and land rent of the project shall comply with the provisions of law.
The project duration is 50 years. Project implementation progress in the second quarter of 2023 – the third quarter of 2028.
The Department of Planning and Investment of Thai Nguyen province is also looking for interested investors to register to implement the Kha Son residential area project in Kha Son commune, Phu Binh district. The project has a total land area of 154.258 m2.
Preliminary total cost of project implementation is about 207,7 billion VND. The cost of compensation and support for resettlement is 66,6 billion VND.

Project investment completion progress from the second quarter of 2023 to the fourth quarter of 2025. Interested investors should submit a project registration application to the Department of Planning and Investment of Thai Nguyen province before 8:26 am on June 6.
Previously, this Department also looked for investors for the No. 1 rural residential project in Binh Thuan commune, Dai Tu district. The project covers an area of about 7,7 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 170 billion VND. The project implementation schedule is from 2023 to the fourth quarter of 2025.
